This report brings together the five reports addressed to the work team in one place and presents an amazing work methodology for uniting ranks and multiplying results. By using it, the team realizes its strengths and weaknesses in light of the skills and strategies of its members. It explains their connection to their essence when it links the results they achieve with their beliefs and ideas about themselves and each other. It explains to them the relationship of all this to the extent of their awareness of their intellectual motives that lead them and lead their performance. It highlights how they perceive things when conflicts arise and analyzes the reasons behind the different perspectives and feelings. It offers tips and techniques that enable the team to freely express its talents despite differences. It helps them become more cohesive and harmonious and possess the tools to keep up with the change as one team in prosperity and adversity.

This report is for teams that are looking for continuous development and improvement and want to clearly feel the size of the change that reflects on the team members. When a team that has previously applied for the TST assessment wishes to take the assessment once again after a period of time to measure its members' level once again, it will receive a new report that provides a qualitative statistical analysis that accurately compares the team’s situation at two different times. It also shows the team’s progress over time, as reflected in new performance results inspired by collective insights from five different reports (excellence skills codes, thinking codes, excellence strategies codes, sensory channels codes, and intellectual motives codes).
