Before the Program
What will you learn
You make the most use of BrainyCore's methods and tools in organizational transformation.
You apply fundamental and deep concepts as a consultant working to develop solutions to the challenges facing organizations. You will work with a consultant from Temujin to plan your process for incorporating Supreme Codes into your consulting. All of this is done through virtual (online) study sessions, e-learning, case studies, and projects.
Regarding organizations, you will reconsider the use of TA® metrics from a strategic perspective, seeing organizational challenges in a new way, and “seeing through the eyes of the scouting and observing wolves” to understand how you will support your clients in developing the thinking codes, strategies, and supreme skills from Temujin.
You will be able to:
- Analyze and identify opportunities to build commitment and foster high-performance active participation.
- Organize consultative interventions that increase the return on investment (like saving time, maximizing results, reducing expenses, increasing profits, etc.).
- Use TA® to move from situational awareness to individual transformation and onto organizational transformation.
